हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी उमंग चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट (रजि.) द्वारा जरूरतमंद लोगों को कंबल दिये गये। 29 दिसंबर 2024 से कंबल देने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। ये कार्यक्रम 15 जनवरी 2025 तक किया गया। पिछले वर्ष 2024 में तकरीबन 3500 कंबल वितरण किया गये था। इस वर्ष भी उमंग चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट ने 5000 कंबल देने का लक्ष्य रखा है। मानव सेवा ही ईश्वर सेवा है। अध्यक्ष जावेद खान उमंग चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट

Umang Charitable Trust
A helping hand is more generous than anything else at the time of giving. It receives so many things which are uncountable and immeasurable, those are blessings.
So here I got an opportunity to collect treasure of life. In this ever-changing world, many people lose their hopes, and strive to live. I would like to enlighten and support them in all terms. So that they can have a better and peaceful life, instead of losing their hopes. My objective is to create a platform, “Umang Charitable Trust”. On 7th December 2017 I met with a major accident. For several days I was in coma even doctor said that I had no hope of Survival but well wishers gave me so many blessings that I stood up on my feet again and got well soon. We earn a lot of money to live life as far as I have heard that after death one gets Heaven (Jannat) or Hell (Jahanam), so I thought why not to earn some blessings. Many people have many problems in this world. Some are worried about sickness, some lose their jobs, some seek education and some are worried about marriage of their children, to overcome suffering of these people humans like us have to come forward and help them. I believe that Allah has chosen me for this work. I would be always ready and heartily accept their request if anyone shows faith in me and give me an opportunity to serve them .

Our Cause Areas
Education for every child
Umang's educational initiatives include Pre-school [2-6 yrs], Computer Classes [6-12 yrs non-school going], Remedial Education [6-14 yrs school going], Bridge Course [14-18 yrs drop-outs] and Higer education [FYJC].
Marriage Help
Umang Charitable trust is working for poor girls marriage, mainly to perform the “kanyadaan” of daughters whose families can't afford a wedding. Umang's aim to provide all the funds required for a wedding and help such families and brides.
Women Empowerment
Empowerment includes the action of raising the status of women through education, raising awareness, literacy, and training. Women's empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make life-determining decisions through the different problems in society.
Disability
Person with disabilities find it challenging to find employment, Umang Charitable Trust is trying to make things a little better for them. The Umang offers certificate courses in care-giving, rehab therapy, Indian sign language, a diploma in office management and banking.
Feeding the hungry people
Umang initiative, distributes food among the needy. we also take leftover food from parties, social events, and homes. In order to donate leftover food, you can contact us and the food will be collected by the Umang People.
Providing clothes to needy people
While donating clothes is deeply satisfying, there's always apprehensions that they won't reach the right destination. We are your nearby NGOs to donate your clothes in Mumbai. You can also donate other household stuffs such as books, shoes, food, furniture, etc
Events
Documents Camp
Umang has organised a document awareness program, where our team has direct interact to those person who had loss their documents or doesn’t know how apply for reissue the docs, and also for whom who doesn’t have documents due to lack of awareness they cant not get their legal docs in slum area at Darukhana Reay road Mumbai. Documents like; Aadhar card, pan card, smart card, birth certificate, marriage certificate, and many more. Umang helped to all of them get their documents, we helped more than 1000 people at documents awareness camp.
Eye Care Camp
Umang Team organised a free of cost medical camp for correction of certain eye defects prevalent in the communities living in Reay road Mumbai. A total of 1000+ patients enrolled for the camp. All were operated successfully and also given them specs. Well-known Ashish Shelar (Minister of School Education, Sports and Youth Welfare of Maharashtra) inaugurated the camp and the medical procedures were performed by Dr. Madhusudan Zanwar (President, Pune Netraseva Pratishtan) and his dedicated team of doctors.
Free Medical Camp
Umang provided free tests for Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Hemoglobin etc and offers counseling & treatment by trained Doctors and Specialists. Free medicines are given to the people. Iron and Folic Acid supplements are also distributed to the malnourished at the camp. The underprivileged community also has aging members who are not able to purchase health care and access the facilities due to the long distance and other joint problems that have demobilized them. About 1000 people took advantage of this opportunity.
Help to fire Victims of Darukhana Reay road
We distributed food, clothes and residential equipment like tent and tabular to whole people of victims darukhana fire, many people were loss their lot of things, we also help them for recovering from this unfortunate accident .
Calendar Opening
Umang has launch calendar 2020, event chief guest was Well-known Raj K Purohit (MLA Six term of Maharashtra Assembly) and Madhu Dada Chavan.
Republic Day
Umang Charitable Trust team has celebrated independence with 100+ blinds, distributed track pants to them and also done launch with all of them.
Covid-19 Pandemic
1st Lockdown
We have helped the people when actual needy people come out for their daily needs, Umang distributed food and food package to daily wagers.
Migrant Worker
Umang has taken it upon himself to unite migrant workers with their families and make them reach their homes safely amid the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and nationwide lockdown.
Covid Kit
Umang distributing face mask, gloves, sanitizer and also sanitizing places daily from the first day of lockdown to needy people. support us with doing some charity.

Umang currently helping to those people who loss their job in this crisis and doing financial support for them. support us with doing some charity, ask to volunteer.
